In 2017 my daughter joined me at work to attend a forum hosted by ⁦Foreign Policy⁩ feat. the pioneering scientist, adventurer, and activist Jane Goodall. Goodall was lovely and gracious. That little girl will graduate in December w/ a degree in biology & ecology.

In 2017 my daughter joined me at work to attend a forum hosted by ⁦<a href="/ForeignPolicy/">Foreign Policy</a>⁩ feat. the pioneering scientist, adventurer, and activist Jane Goodall.  

Goodall was lovely and gracious.

That little girl will graduate in December w/ a degree in biology &amp; ecology.

Had the privilege of sitting down w/ Jane Goodall in April of 2023. We discussed her life’s work, the necessity of cultivating hope among young people, and her ‘next big adventure… dying.’ She was an authentically remarkable human who understood the meaning of “carry the fire.”
