Thank you to all the presenters at Advance HE New Transitions webinar today. Very useful insights shared and questions posed, inc. key one from hillary - at this time of transition, how do we inclusively and collaboratively rebuild, renew and reinvent our HE system?

Like concept of real models not just role models, highlighted at Advance HE New Transitions webinar. Real suggests ongoing process of striving for ultimate goals and navigating successes, failures, stumbling blocks, etc along way. This has to be important to model to students.

Excited to be collaborating on teaching-focused human library idea. Will be interested to hear from others who may have tried this or something similar.

I'd really like to connect with others who support SoTL activities in their institutions. Do you have a process in place for streamlining ethical approval? How do you navigate/manage this issue? Would value having conversations with others around this aspect of SoTL.

I'm mulling over very similar questions right now too Danielle M Hinton, SFHEA 🇦🇺🇬🇧🇹🇿 . I particularly want to support a very holistic view of #scholarship rather than promote the often restricting, confusing or binary definitions of it. Looking forward to the #LTHEchat tonight.

Came late to last night's #LTHEchat but really enjoyed discussions about #Scholarship of T&L. For me, questions remain about what quality and impact mean in SoTL and if we define them too tightly in ways that can be measured, do we lose a sense of the value of SoTL work?

Still reflecting on last night's great #LTHEchat about scholarship of teaching and learning. Want to add another question: what advice or wisdom (or reassurance) would you give to new SoTLers? Mine might be: it's located within your lived-in disciplinary context, not outside it.

Would like to crowdsource some good tips (gained from experience) for early career academics: What advice would you give to colleagues new to looking for education/pedagogic literature? Will collate tips and share back.

Can anyone recommend any good (free) online discussion tools? Been looking at Neat Chat, Todays Meet etc. To use outside of classroom. Thx
