I must say Happy Disability Day,this day in which I must spread awareness of disability issues,importance of supporting OPDs,now in pain about what is happening to disabled in countries suffer from war,disability world magnified daily due to war,&still most marginalized society.

.El Khansaa Fahad - youth leader for persons with disabilities in #Sudan - discussing how young persons with disabilities are intentionally excluded from these processes due to stigma. Additionally families are subject to exclusion as in some cultures a disabled family member.

.El Khansaa Fahad focuses her remarks on how her work aims to reach policy makers to advocate for rights for those with disabilities. She has also created a network for women with disabilities in #Sudan to provide a community for these women to work together.

.El Khansaa Fahad: In #Sudan the general opinion is that the youth are simply inexperienced and that is not true. In terms of youth with disabilities we need more focus from the int'l community and organizations to ensure this inclusion.
