Academic year 23/24, I lectured on a maternity cover position in Nutrition and Physiology across a range of modules and grew in confidence as a teacher, tutor and supervisor. I had fun whilst doing it and in the process gained the Dr on the office door.

After finishing my PhD and a lecturing position, I set off and explored Central and South America with my partner. We hiked, surfed, explored, stayed with local families, discovered beautiful cultures, indigenous ways of life and their history. 7months of adventure!
