Decided on a whim to move to Tunbridge Wells. Best decision I've ever made. Have met so many lovely people. Beautiful green spaces, restaurants, shops.

In case you somehow missed it on this last day of Pride, BBC News (UK), the founder of Surrey Pride & a volunteer at the same outfit, were today sentenced to 24 + 6 yrs and 4 & a half years for child rape and paedophiliac voyeurism. Seems a bit newsworthy. surrey.police.uk/news/surrey/ne…

Stephen Ireland, who targeted me with endless abuse on here because I oppose the chemical castration of children and the removal of protected spaces for women and girls, has just been sentenced to 30 years in jail for child rape.

Hard to overstate the significance of these FOI revelations, cited today in connection with 'devastating' #loancharge in Parliament. As Emily Darlington MP says, the 'absolutely awful' policy has affected tens of thousands of people's lives. One of biggest scandals of our times.

Once again South East Water is emailing out asking people to reduce water usage. It's summer - it's hot. Meanwhile, Angela Rayner's new housing numbers mean that #Wealden will need another 1,433 houses per yr No new reservoirs, rising bills - no clue Takin the p*ss out of all of us

The Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan says that those bus stops that comply with TfL guidance are usable by blind people. This one here in the heart of the City of London does comply, but is clearly unusable for blind people. Retweet to support blind people’s. Access needs:

Remember that day vividly. Working near Victoria & news of the atrocities gradually trickled in. No trains running so began to think could I walk home (to Bromley) or sleep in the office. Managed to get first train running around 3.30pm. So very sad for those who didn't make it.

Nobody will ever forget the scene in ITV’s drama Mr Bates and the Post Office when sub-postmaster Martin Griffiths walked to his death in front of a speeding bus. Now it’s revealed 13 other postmasters have killed themselves, ten have tried to and 59 contemplated doing so after

More #TrailWithaTale in #TunbridgeWells - outside Trinity. At a time when there is such conflict and sadness in the world, little bits of fun like this matter. Hoping it will raise awareness and support for the wonderful Demelza Charity.

The reason we have water shortages is a growing population by millions, huge new housing developments, needing washing machines etc and no new reserve built since the early 90s. Since water was privatised they have sold 25 reservours for development purposes We don't have a

I am not a Catholic. It is 2025 in the UK. Hate is supposed to be a crime but KAT (Kill All Catholics) is still allowed to appear on Loyalists bonfires: irishnews.com/news/northern-… Last week my native city Glasgow was subjected to the same hatred. Something has to be done about this

There is no water shortage in the UK. Just a shortage of water management. They want the public to be responsible for managing water rather than doing the job they are very well paid to do.

I am not a fan of very hot humid weather but today it's been a beautiful summer day and it's now a perfect evening. This time around, heatwave predictions seem over the top?
