Over the past couple months I have been watching football in more detail to be able to write about it and turn a passion into a future career. Most of this time has been spent preparing for this year's NFL draft. The next step for me is to put my thoughts out for everyone to see.

Great job @killianpache presenting the study. The addition of 22 ML of creamer to 16 oz black coffee did not result in an increase in gastric emptying when compared with 16 oz plain black coffee in healthy adults.
