@MWRecruitingLLC Kharma Long toss is also good for helping a young pitcher develop his CH and his CB. mix them both into your long toss program. Throwing the off speed pitches with the kind of arm speed it takes to throw the ball long distances will really help getting feel for commanding those pitches
