The Workshop on ‘Enhancing SDG 6 Water Quality Monitoring in Pakistan’ was held at the Serena Hotel Islamabad on 6th, October 2022 in the presence of Ambassador H.E Suh Sangpyo of the Republic of Korea to Pakistan.

On October 11th, UN Habitat officials visited KOICA Pakistan Office to discuss support measures for the recent flood damage in Pakistan. In the meeting, Country Director JeHo-Yeon delivered his will to actively cooperate with UN Habitat to recover flood damage in Pakistan.

On November 7th, Country Director JeHo-Yeon attended the 1st PKNC International Conference held at University of Agriculture Faisalabad(UAF) in Punjab. PM JaeHan-Kim from CNU, UAF Vice Chancellor Iqrar Ahmad Khan, and Dean of FFNHS(UAF) Masood Sadiq Butt were present.

On December 15, Researchers from the Pakistan Institute of Development Economics(PIDE) visited our office.

We handed over the building of water-quality testing lab in #Batkhela to PHED KP after providing infrastructure and electrical upgrades, as part of our ongoing #KOICA funded project. This will enhance Government of KP's capacity to monitor water quality in the province #SDGs #WASH
