I completely agree! Its a great forum for patient care -- we have a new Brain Mets clinic that allows patients to get disposition in one afternoon because of multidisciplinary collaboration

As #neurorads we learn about current research treatment protocols, discuss imaging responses to new treatments and of course hear what is good about our reports and what is not so good #AJNR

A2 I think structured reporting can be a good fit for oncology because the questions we answer are so specific-- maybe the same reason Lawrence E. Ginsberg, M.D hates it ! #AJNR

A2 For example, lateral retropharyngeal nodal metastases in thyroid cancer -- it it is in the thyroid cancer template, everyone remembers to look

A2 Structured histories are also important in oncologic imaging, especially pathology and tumor genetics, and date of most recent change in therapy so that we are always comparing to the correct baseline #AJNR
