Gorgeous #PinotNoir from Kooyong Wines. Seriously closed before a good shake, a txakoli pour & what seemed an age in the glass, but worth the wait! Red fruit mingles with tobacco, tea, orange rind, mushroom & cardamom. Thanks to my buddy James Hubbard for the bottle!
