We choose once-used whiskey barrels for our brandy production. The longer a brandy stays in the charred-oak barrels, the richer, smoother and more concentrated it becomes.

Meticulously crafted and aged in authentic whiskey barrels, Korbel’s storied brandy is to be savored - either neat or as a rich alternative to whiskey in a classic cocktail.

After barrel aging, we carefully blend individual lots of brandy into our solera system. The solera system is never emptied, as brandy is removed for bottling. Instead, new barrel-aged brandy is added back to the tank, which helps to maintain ultimate quality in our blends.
