Починаю роботу у якості Генерального прокурора. Формального представлення Президентом не буде-він вирішує важливі для нашої держави на міжнародному рівні питання. Завдань багато, пріоритети чіткі, цілі зрозумілі. Дякую за довіру.

Я вже зазначав: створення Спецтрибуналу для розгляду злочину агресії рф проти України — це історичний, переломний момент. Виокремив кілька важливих аспектів зі статуту і скажу напевно - справедливості бути.

Постачали непридатні протитанкові ракетні установки.  Експосадовець МОУ і екскерівники одного з оборонних підприємств нанесли державі шкоду у 90 млн грн. Їм повідомлено про підозру. Всі, хто наживається на армії, нестимуть відповідальність і отримають справедливе покарання.

Минулого тижня ми провели кількісний аудит по справах щодо бізнесу. Результат - 20 тисяч кримінальних проваджень.  Тепер переходимо до якісного результату: 3756 проваджень ЗАКРИТО; по понад 4700 проводяться експертизи; 120 - скеровано до суду. Робота триває.
