Today we had to stop our salt experiment because guess what - we actually ran out of water in the stream. The #drought is real in northern Sweden. I've never imagined to have to deal with shortage of water in June, not even a month after the spring flood! 😮‍💨🥵 #climateChange

#help We want to mimic different levels of shading over streams. Any suggestion for what to use to shade about 20%? I'm only finding shading cloths, like on the picture, in the US that does not deliver to Europe (Sweden). Anyone tried to mimic low shading levels in Sweden (EU)?

This summer is a hydrological nightmare. 1.5 moths ago, 𝙴𝚕𝚒𝚣𝚊 𝙼𝚊𝚑𝚎𝚛 𝙷𝚊𝚜𝚜𝚎𝚕𝚚𝚞𝚒𝚜𝚝 and I were struggling to find water in streams and now we could barely cross them. Our tiny headwaters became monsters! #climatechange #extremeEvents.
