Last day The Dudley Group with the Community MSK and Physio team. Overwhelmed with the kind words, messages and gifts. Parting gifts of whiskey, chocolates, tea & coffee. The team know me so well 😂. I'll be enjoying them in that order too! Take care all... until the next time..

Ladies and gentlemen... Fauja Singh - centenarian marathon runner 🏃‍♂️. Only started seriously training and running aged 89. The 2000 London Marathon was his first race. Now aged 111! What an inspiration. 💪

Absolutely agree with this. Less is more sometimes (quite often I have found) - especially in Primary Care First Contact Physiotherapy. The 'wait and see' approach has an important place in physiotherapy management.

Have to say the Diploma in MSK Medicine by PCRMM Society and Faculty of Sport and Exercise Medicine UK should be on the FCP roadmap to do list. Challenges your primary care knowledge and a basis for progression as an FCP.
