This week, the Kentucky Chamber Foundation hosted an Educator's Guide to the Trades Industry, where educators connected with employers and trade students, who spoke about their experience working in their trade while continuing school.

This week, Todd County Central High School students toured Ball, Inc. in Bowling Green through the Foundation’s Bus to Business® program. As part of the TPM® Metals Manufacturing collaborative, Ball hosted its first student tour focused on safety, careers, and manufacturing.

Yesterday, nearly 70 students participated in the Kentucky Chamber Foundation's Bus to Business Career Expo. Thanks to support from AT&T, students engaged with professionals from five of Kentucky’s top industries—connecting classroom learning with real-world opportunities.

Today, over 220 people attended the Foundation's first Fair Chance OpportunityFair in Elizabethtown, made possible by Fifth Third Bank and Goodwill Kentucky! Attendees participated in job and resources fairs and an expungement clinic.

During the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation's 2025 Talent Forward Conference today, Foundation Senior Workforce Development Program Manager Sara Tracy highlighted how Kentucky is building health care career pathways through programs through its Talent Pipeline Management program.
