Friday 14th morning. We had a fitness Day event ~ Faculty of Science Kyambogo University (first of its kind) at KYAMBOGO UNIVERSITY organized by me and the sports science students of year 3. We had jogging, aerobics, fitness tests, fun etc with a theme “ Fitness for All” Thanks to all that made it happen.

Friday 14th morning.
