Play of the day: Jordan Love unleashes to Romeo Doubs. Doubs had Javon Bullard and Evan Williams beat. The throw was ahead of Doubs by a bit, but he used his speed and extension to haul it in. Goes down as a 55-60 yard touchdown. Impressive rep by Doubs. #Packers

2 minute drill: 1 minute on clock. Down 7. 0 timeouts. Jordan Love went 3/8. Got down to the red area. Went for it on 4th down with :16 seconds remaining. Love goes for a corner shot to Josh Jacobs in the end zone but nothing there at all. First team offense stalls.

2nd team offense in the 2 min drill. Malik Willis threw a dime to Mecole Hardman in the end zone for a touchdown. The offense goes opts for the two-point conversion for the win. Willis rolls out and throws a side-arm BULLET to Julian Hicks for the win. Whole team went nuts.

Yeah — that was pretty. Perfectly executed.

Standout players of today’s #Packers practice? Malik Willis and Romeo Doubs.

Initially, Emanuel Wilson thought he’d torn his ACL when he exited practice last week. Instead, he said it’s just a bone bruise. Wilson wants to play Saturday against Jets, but he’ll need to practice first.

Keisean Nixon having himself a day in the 1on1s. Two PBUs on excellent coverage against Matthew Golden. Romeo Doubs cooked Carrington Valentine off the line. Bo Melton with his best rep ends in an INT on beautiful coverage. Mecole Hardman with so much space vs. Javon Bullard.

Matthew Golden just had his best 1on1 rep. Going against Keisean Nixon. There’s absolutely nothing Nixon could’ve done better. Sticky coverage. Went toe to toe with Golden’s speed. Just better hands as they went to the ground on the slant.

Corey Ballentine making some buzz here with the Packers again. Great play from Jordan Love to step up in the pocket and put it right in Mecole Hardman’s bread basket, but Ballentine comes from behind and punches the ball out after the catch. This defense has a different demeanor

#Packers QB Jordan Love said it's always nice to have a few snaps during the preseason to put himself back in game mode. Added that Matt LaFleur has the final say, but then ended with this: "I think in the past we've played a drive or sometimes a quarter. It'll be around there."

I've had this #Packers thought bottled up for awhile & it's time I let it out. Lambeau Field needs to play 'Love Shack' by The B-52's when they introduce Jordan Love before kickoff and he takes the field.

The fact they haven’t leaned into ANY pop songs featuring “Love” is wild. Love Shack. Power of Love. Love Train, etc. Easiest W in the world and gameday operations is like….nah. (The ONLY way it makes sense is if Jordan asked them not to)
