After doing mark-recapture fieldwork for the better part of two months, I finally have a beetle I know for sure I've caught twice! Small steps!

Some good fieldwork milestones this year: over 600 kilometres walked, 1,000 #buryingbeetle captures, and 11,000 photos taken, all since the end of April!
