The Shepard XC teams enjoyed some fun at the beach after their annual long run at the Indiana Dunes yesterday.

WOW!! What races for the Lady Astros to start the XC season at the SSC Mega Meet!! Ayat Tantawi with a 2nd place finish running 19:23 Dominguez, Flores, Mohammad, & Coulter go 7, 8, 9, 10 to take 2nd place as a team behind Lemont.

Congrats to this group of runners for collectively completing a full marathon in 2 hours and 11 minutes! The Marathon Relay was organized by Girls XC Coach, Joseph Lerner. He corralled this group of athletes from Shepard, our alumni, Trinity Christian, & Moraine Valley.
