Next week we are sharing our inclusive approach in Early years as we welcome schools and pre schools from Sutton to our Early Years Discovery Day. It is great to be partnering with Sutton Council valuing high-quality inclusion for all.

Our EYFS Inclusion discovery day is off to a great start as we share our EYFS Strategy and our approach to meeting the unique needs of our children. It is great to be partnering with Sutton Council as we share our approach.

What a pleasure to see the engagement levels in LEO Early Years Manor Park Primary Academy as part of our LEO EY Inclusion discovery day with Sutton Council. Children highly engaged in independent learning experiences that meet their bespoke needs.

We have been discussing the importance of learning environments and the impact that sensory overload can have on self regulation. Creating empowering environments for ALL is key.

We started the afternoon with a session delivered by the Principal at Cheam Common Infants who shared the journey the school have been on to meet the needs of all children. We then saw the inclusive provision in action as part of our EY Inclusion discovery day. LEO Early Years

We are looking forward to welcoming you all into some of our settings today. We are proud of our inclusive approach in meeting the needs of all of our pupils. Knowing our children well and adapting our offer is key.

Our Trust SENDCo’s are sharing the importance of forensic assessment and understanding the unique needs of individuals. Utilising a variety of assessments ensures a holistic understanding of needs and ensures our approach supports these. Where it doesn’t, adaptations are made.

Such a joy to see ALL children highly engaged in inclusive provision at Manor Park Primary Academy this morning. The children were curious and exploring whilst working collaboratively. What a great way to share our approach during the EY Inlcusion day in partnership with Sutton Council.
