A quick reflection on the adult social care winter plan. Based on the press release which is all Govt has currently chosen to publish. If the actual plan contains anything more, I will reflect again later. But here we go;

Average occupancy of residential care home has fallen to around 78% and remained at that level during the Covid pandemic. This is not sustainable for the sector - reported by CQCProf #springseminar21
