Wow #Nickesha (without prior arrangement) gave a whistle stop tour of the clinical areas she is #PDN for, how #PDNs support #NewlyQualifieds in practice, her own career journey and how she came into #Education. Nickesha's energy, passion and enthusiasm had the room engaged 🙌🏼

#Kerry encouraged the room to think differently. Great myth busting re: NQ staff working in the community & Nursing and Midwifery Council registrants that can become #HealthVisitors. She definitely piqued interest in the room, I could hear the cogs turning. #HealthVisiting #ShareYourCareer #Community

Staying with the community theme,next up to share job opportunities & support for the transition from #Student to #Registrant is #DistrictNursing #PDN Satyan. Several of the 09/22 StNs attending today have already expressed their interest in joining one of Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust community teams

Our final guest speaker for the afternoon is #Noel, one of the #CriticalCare PDNs. Interesting presentation on the different levels of critical care and the supportive development for staff working in the department. #LifeLongLearning #CPD
