Summer intentions & actions say a lot about you. Missing workouts with no communication, being late & always making excuses eliminates a lot of players from any leadership role. Leaders show up & do hard things; they hold themselves & others accountable and they lead by example!

My mom did a really good job of making sure that me and my brother never made excuses as kids. It was never anyone else’s fault, it was always our fault and what WE can control. Thats helped me in my mindset and helped me attack those situations and come out on the better end.
