Had a great time hosting Eric L. Garland at LIBR and seeing the impact of Mindfulness-Oriented Recovery Enhancement (MORE) on mental health. In this latest paper, an average morphine equivalent daily dose reduction of 21.6 milligrams. That’s real weight! ajp.psychiatryonline.org/doi/10.1176/ap…
