Danish Living Labs ๐Ÿฝ Recently, Food & Bio Cluster Denmark organised 3 labs exploring #alternativeproteins. Students tasted snacks with pea flour & mealworms, a mycoprotein burger, & a pea drink smoothie. Verdict? Exciting flavours but high protein & taste expectations remain!
