New report out today from Lindsay Milliken Jeremy Neufeld & Greg Wright on a wonky topic: Schedule A. It’s a little-known tool that would prioritize immigration in occupations for which there are insufficient numbers of U.S. workers to fill jobs.



The U.S. needs a data-driven way to identify labor shortages. So Lindsay Milliken and Jeremy Neufeld teamed up with Greg Wright to develop the Help Wanted Index:
