Was a great honour to be part of the panel, and learning more on the gendered effects of Covid, even amongst our Nairobi youth. Any and all (!) pandemic plans need to consider these special needs, and not blanket response for all populations, has never worked so! Lynda Keeru 👏🏾🦾

I felt mentally depleted this week. I keep telling myself, this is a marathon and not a sprint. The impacts and reverberations of this won't be dealt with overnight. It's difficult to think about the marginalised communities we've built relationships with. For shame UK.

With millions of COVID-19 vaccines already distributed, inequity is very evident. Lynda Keeru reports back from, ‘Examining inequities in gender access and handling of vaccinations globally to inform pharmacy policy.’ Colleague Erica N. Rosser presented. genderandcovid-19.org/uncategorized/…
