Lancaster Girls Cross Country REGIONAL CHAMPIONS 2024!

They did it!!!!!!!! Congrats to Lady Gales Distance for winning the first ever women’s team title in Lancaster High School history!!!!!

Coming off of break and to start the indoor season in the weight aubree throws a PR and current #1 mark in Ohio with 49’ 4”.

After a long winter break these girls did amazing tonight to start our indoor season. Lots of positives and lots of good energy. We had 8 PR’s to cap off the night as well. Now back to work tomorrow to keep on improving. #RiseTogether
