Future teachers from LZHS completed a team based challenge at May Whitney with #kindergarten students. They were challenged to story-tell to some of our youngest learners in diverse modes for all learning styles!

Our child development students had so much fun visiting May Whitney yesterday to read books to the kindergartners! They encouraged Ss to practice retelling a story. This was an amazing learning experience for everyone involved! #BetterTogetherD95 #Empower95

Final projects are in full swing in culinary! Cul. 1 created cooking videos for a recipe of their choice, Cul. 2 was challenged to create a dish using a “Chopped” inspired mystery basket, and Creative Cooking made yule logs without knowing what they were making! #Empower95
