Love making my mum French beans recipe , they are so tasty, go with any fish , white meat , red meat etc. The secret is plenty of everything, tomatoes, parsley, shallots, garlic (lot more😂) salt & pepper and good squeeze of 1 lemon! Can be served cold as a salad too!

Always a bit of a messy job but worth it. Suet pudding filled with pulled venison cooked with pear, Port & balsamic sauce. One of our most popular dish on our menu at the moment, we are serving them with venison loin, red cabbage & Dauhinois potato. Come to sample it👌👌

Some beautiful starters from lunchtime, Scottish king scallops, pork belly, lamb kidneys, caramelised white onion, goat cheese & fig tart and vegan lentil tofu dish! 👌👌
