Orange shirt day at LE was a chance to reflect on the experiences of our Indigenous Peoples’ and how we can move forward through our journey to reconciliation. We continue to learn and heal together as a school and a district. DeltaSchoolDistrict

We love when Nathan “Kaanaax Kuwoox” Wilson comes to visit us at LE! Nathan teaches us about his Indigenous culture and shares beautiful stories that have been passed on to him by his elders. Our annual LE Food Drive has officially begun! We have a great group of Grade 6 leaders and our first day was a success. Please continue to bring in non-perishable products to help us meet our goal of 1500 items. DeltaSchoolDistrict

It was great to see everyone back after a restful holiday! We saw students excited for outdoor play, working together to make the letter S, trying out a new math resource (Times Table Rockstars), and rival football fans talking up the playoffs this weekend. DeltaSchoolDistrict
