Great 3rd week of strength and conditioning. Our kids got after it both in the weight room and on the turf! Topped it off with a return to the hill! Great job everyone for continuing to show up and go H.A.R.D. NO EXCUSES! We’re at the half-way mark! ALL GAS, NO BRAKES!
