Update Tuesday Nov 3, 2020: The club is open tonight. If you are scheduled to curl tonight, make your own decision whether to curl or stay home. If you don't plan on playing, please notify your skip so they are aware. Skips can notify their opponents if a game is cancelled.

In light of the tighter practices concerning social interactions introduced on Friday, Nov 20th, your Board has met and reviewed our Covid policies. Starting Monday, changes in our operations will be in place until further notice. lakeshorecurlingclub.com/index.php

In light of the Health Warning issued today at 3 pm by Dr. Strang, all Sport Group Organizations are to close, including our club. Lakeshore Curling Club will be closed as of completion of tonight’s Tuesday evening Draws. For more information see the club website.

Today, December 16th, the Provincial Government announced updated Public Health regulations. The Board of Directors have decided to keep the Club closed until Jan 4th, when we will open for practice ice sessions. League play will hopefully begin the following week, Jan 11th.

In light of the news conference today by the Province of Nova Scotia, the LCC Board has reviewed our Covid-19 protocols. As a result, we are pleased to say, effective Monday, January 25th, we will be returning to play. See the web page and email to all members for details.

Due current weather and road conditions, the Sackville Sports Stadium and Lakeshore CC will be closed for the remainder of the day (Tuesday Feb 2nd). Therefore, all previously scheduled games and practices for this afternoon and evening have also been cancelled. Stay safe!

Today Dr. Strang announced that all sport competition activities are cancelled until at least March 26. As a result of this announcement all league games at Lakeshore Curling Club will cease as of Sunday February 28, 2021.

As per Dr. Strang's announcement, restrictions placed upon sports have been lifted as of today. Therefore we will commence league play as of Monday March 8th, and complete our last 3 weeks of curling. novascotia.ca/news/release/?… See you on the ice!

Today, April 1st, 2021, is the last day of curling for this current season. Many thanks to all curlers for your continued support this year. We look forward to seeing you in the fall. Have a great summer!
