For their final DT project of the year, the children in Y1 invented their own smoothie recipes and then had a brilliant time making them!

Year 2 have had a super day working on their beach huts. ☀️🏖🪚

Y4PT enjoyed watching the film of ‘Why the Whales Came’ to finish off their work on the book this morning.

Great to be back at Lanchester EP Primary School (Co. Durham) today working with Y6 on their 2025 Leavers’ Video. Had 11 amazing years at the school, so was lovely to be back and get such a warm welcome from former colleagues & pupils. Hope everyone enjoys the videos during Friday’s assembly.

Year 4 are enjoying a reward morning of biscuits, iPad games, a film and various other games for all their hard work this year. Mr Adamson

Year 2 have designed and made their very own beach huts. They are looking forward to telling you how they have made them, which tools they used and how they added some extra finishing touches. 🪚☀️🏖📏

Our Year 6 leavers’ service was as emotional as ever as we shared memories and looked forward to their futures. Well done to J for the Citizenship Award and to R for the Henry Dancer Award. 💕

As an end of year treat, some of the Year 5 children have been performing their adaptation of the story of Pinocchio to the rest of the year group. Amazing story telling and acting! Well done to those involved!
