Good day today at the Lancaster Lebanon League challenge! Placed 4th in finals with a PR of 7.19 sec. in the 60m

Today I ran in the invitational section (top 24) of the Garden State Track and Field invitational. I raced a PR of 6.80 in the 55m to get 6th in my heat!

This is Landen. He’s a dedicated 3-sport athlete who makes each rep count. This is him hitting 225lbs 2-board at 1.5x body weight for a smooth double (in-season). Be like Landen. #cedarcreststrong 💪

Cold and wet but great day at the Bruce Dallas Invitational. I placed 7th overall in the 100m with a time of 11.29 (2nd junior at meet). Our 4x100 also placed 3rd overall with a time of 43.62!

Another cold, wet, and great day today against Hempfield HS. I placed first in the 100m with a laser time of 11.28 and first in the 200m with 23.15 laser time!

More great things today at the finals of the Lancaster Lebanon League Championship!! 🚨Ran 10.81 for 3rd (top junior) and our 4x1 placed 2nd with a time of 42.62🚨

🚨Finished up the day with another PR of 22.51 in the 200m to take 7th place overall!🚨

🚨Blessed to make finals at districts with a wind legal time of 10.81🚨

Unexpected circumstances ended the season early but I’m grateful for the growth and progress made this season. We went from not qualifying for leagues last year to placing 8th in the district. We’ll be back better next year

Today I raced at the Maryland Blaze Bring the Heat Invitational, bringing home a second and third place finish in the 100 and 200m! 🚨I ran a summer best in the 200m with 22.81 and got another mark in the 100m with 11.22🚨
