Congratulations to Damari Miller 138 lbs IHSA Sectional Qualifier with a 3rd place Regional finish! Josh, Reili, and Gabriel with a 4th place Regional finish and will be alternates for the IHSA Sectional.

AOW 1.28 - 2.3 BOYS WRESTLING: Special recognition to Gabriel for being influential to me as a coach and in the wrestling program. Throughout the season, Gabriel constantly reminded and encouraged his teammates to bring the right mindset to the various challenges.

AOW 1.28 - 2.3 GIRLS WRESTLING: Kim is in her rookie season, but that has not stopped her from being one of the top wrestlers in her weight class. Kim currently leads the team with the most victories (27). She is ready to take on the best of the best at Sectionals this weekend.

Overall, sending four of our best starters to the IHSA Sectional Championship Finals with three of them finishing in the top 100 and one in top 75 in the state is a great accomplishment. It is a season that should be celebrated and is telling of the program contiued success 🙌

AOW 2.4 - 2.10 BOYS WRESTLING: Damari is the spark plug that inspires individual and team success. Looking forward to next season, as the junior and captain made it clear that his goals on the mat are bigger than his own personal achievements. He wants to be crowned UEC Champion.

AOW 2.4 - 2.10 GIRLS WRESTLING: Susan is a freshman and a first-year wrestler. Throughout the season Susan has improved tremendously. At the Conference tournament, Susan took 2nd place in the 100 lb weight class and was an IHSA Sectional Alternate.
