Made by experienced Comté maker Jean-Baptiste Enjelvin, Templegall raw milk cheese is aged for at least 9 months. Handmade in 40 kg wheels, it has a very smooth texture and is sweet, delicate, and nutty. #RawCheeseWeek #artisan #rawmilkcheese #cheese #ireland #templegall

Delighted to launch St Tola Karst as part of the #RawCheeseWeek! This ash-coated Irish goat milk cheese is made with raw milk. The vegetable charcoal ash coating slows down the maturation of the cheese and is aged for about 2 weeks having a fluffy, creamy texture. #cheese
