Grand Island High School's main gymnasium is getting an upgrade. As a photographer, I love how bright the new gym will be allowing me to shoot at a higher shutter speed.

Grand Island is 5-0 after winning the A. Leslie Lawrence Basketball Tournament on Saturday. Jayce Wylke (pictured on his way to a dunk against Tonawanda in the finals) was named tourney MVP. He had 21 points Saturday. Dane Brown (15) had 30 in the semi. Photos by Larry Sidelines
