I’m hoping someone British Gas British Gas Help can explain this illiterate letter, which is full of mistakes. For reference I moved from BG to Octopus 18/02/2023. I paid over £1080 in payments between 26/10/22 and 17/02/23 (which this letter claims was just for electric)

The fact a multi million pound organisation can’t spell or fact check a letter is shocking British Gas British Gas Help. Also I have two defaults on my Experian neither correlate with this figure. Also no info on my supposed excessive electric usage (1 adult 2 children)
