After so many years of speaking out and being ignored, we’ve reached a point where either something drastic needs to change or these maternity units needs to be closed down because of how unsafe they are.

This feels very personal from Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS FT. “Inaccurate social media and media commentary” when they’ve proven to me and many other families they’ve done nothing to ‘learn’ from their failures. The victim blaming mentality from the Chief Nurse and Director of Mid is horrifying.

Victim blaming is never acceptable! Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS FT I trust families can expect your immediate resignations? I’m sure Wes Streeting has a very dim view on managers in the NHS putting reputation before bereaved and harmed families.

How about improve your services rather than silencing and downplaying the harm you have caused! Then there will be no media and women have no need to be frightened

Members of the public must be able to ask questions at NHS board meetings, get them answered there & then, and get a follow up question and answer in the meeting too. Transparency and accountability demand this.
