Among free-living community residents age ≥65 yrs, SrSCA is uncommon, predominantly occurs in men & assoc w/ ⬇️ disease burden than non-SrSCA. These results suggest the risk of SrSCA is low, & probably outweighed by the ⬆️ benefit of exercise. bit.ly/3XQgRrM #JACCCEP
