Today kicked off a week of learning stage combat from the lovely folks at True Edge. I am very much in my happy place right now.

The chances of having the director of the play that you're currently doing a table read of in class popping his head into the room by pure coincidence, accompanied by Jim Cartwright of all people for good measure, are slim, but never zero. Nice to meet you Mick Bagel.

On this day, for two years running, I have performed a scene in class involving two adversaries only to them be told it was overflowing with sexual tension. Either love is in the air or I'm doing something very, very wrong.
