The 2023 journal Impact Factors have just been released. While we know that no measure is perfect, we are thrilled that International Organization ranks second among political science journals, and first among International Relations journals.

The increase in IMF lending to Kenya since 2020 has been matched by a continuous increase in the number of program conditionalities: from 0 in the 2020 RCF to 41 in the latest version of the ECF/EFF/RFF arrangement. Historical average of conditionalities per IMF program is 33.
