One more actually kind of major change, she can now DRC into cr.lp for a true blockstring into a tick throw. This is something that it seems a lot of characters actually lost

So the Phalanx change has Gladius's input listed. Am I crazy or did they buff both as far as lows hitting them are concerned? I tested gladius last night and it seems like a lot of lows that would PC it on whiff no longer do. Is it a gladius or phalanx change or both?
