What a great day at Totteridge Academy, Barnet as part of Day 1 of E100 Staff welcomed us with open arms and were incredibly generous with their time, reflections and expertise. Thought provoking stuff!

Well I’ve had my socks well and truly blown off after visiting One Degree Academy with E100. Hugely engaging children from N-Y6. meticulous intentionality from Jo Addleton and Maria Craster. Very happy and proud staff, and children. And rightly so. What a glorious school.

I've told many American audiences about this school; the warmth, the lunch shout outs, the assemblies, the systematic coaching model. Every teacher can improve one step at a time; one degree makes all the difference. More than slogans, very powerful stuff when fully realized.
