I would like to see a reframe on coaching education that includes a focus on a coach and their ability, not just their development for the players they work with. I always hear ‘my players’ or ‘coaching my team’.

Parents- Do not let one youth coach derail the aspirations of your child. The 11-16 year olds are all over the place. Puberty rewards some, takes its time with others. Keep playing. Have fun. Learn. And then see what that all means in time. #TOVO
