Great session with Ollie and Oliver tonight. The lads really worked extremely hard and this is paying off. Fabulous consistency over the 200m reps 👏👏 It was also fabulous to see Julia again and especially getting used to pushing the chair so well.

Great to race at SM Stadium today for one last run out before Birmingham 2022. Amazing to get a PB in the 100m in 16.27 seconds, alongside Samantha Kinghorn who broke 16 seconds for the first time 🤩 3 weeks until go time and it’s all coming together.

Pb’s galore with Leeds City WCR athletes at Stoke Mandeville today. World’s best by the Hurricane @HCDream2012 in the 100m in her ‘final fling’ before the Commonwealth Games. And a 22s pb for Ollie in the 1500m that followed his pb in the 100m only 30 mins earlier in the day 🤯🤯

Great finish to the track season for Ollie, going sub 18s again in the 100m, sub 60 in the 400m, and pbs for 200m and 800m (4 secs pb in the 800m with a 1:56.34) - here is his finish in the 800m 👏👏👏👏
