Reforms appear to be a cosmetic exercise. The major issues in policing include senior officers corruption, incompetence & blame-avoidance by forces when things go wrong. Add to that the aggressive swagger of the modern Plod & you’ve a service with it’s reputation in the 💩

Telling that they need to offer such tips on how to spot officer misconduct. It must be occurring more than we suspect. Why are they relying on the public being able to spot and report this and not relying on other members of #WestYorkshirePolice ?
