Currently having a totally awful and worrying experience with Booking.com I booked a two bed luxury apartment then ten mins prior to arrival got messaged saying I was being moved to a new property. I was horrified when I turned up. So left! Now i can’t get a refund! #scam

Still no refund after booking a luxury apartment through Booking.com and 20 minutes before check in I got moved to what I describe as a squat having been reassured the property was parity to the one advertised and I booked through Booking.com - totally appalling 😡😡 #scam
