Yesterday, in my Maiden Speech, I celebrated the strength of our community, the beauty of our towns and villages, and the progress Parliament has made on social mobility and equality. I am so proud to represent such a wonderful constituency.

💼 Employment Allowance has been raised - that's £10,500 off every small employer's National Insurance Bill ever year. ⬆️ This is up from £5,000 and will be a huge help for small firms.

This is excellent work by the UK National Crime Agency. Smashing the gangs at source is imperative to tackling the small boats crisis. As an international liaison prosecutor I saw first hand how working with our international partners is key to this aim.

Many constituents have raised fly tipping with me as a serious concern. Today, the I asked the Minister to meet with me to discuss fly tipping, so the voices of Stafford, Eccleshall, and the villages are heard in future government plans on this issue.
